Work started on Modulo Parking Systems a few years ago with our objective to create a wide range of products. Systems that will interest both individual users, as well as architects and developers. The priority was therefore to design differentiated solutions: dependent and independent parking platforms.
What is a Parking System? – we usually hear such a question during business talks, therefore below we explain what it is.
The parking system is a lift, which, using a hydraulic or electrical system, allows parking of two or more vehicles on one standard parking spot.
Systems instead of using the horizontal area around, travel vertically, which allows, on the one hand, to increase the number of parking spaces, and on the other, to save the surrounding space. The solution is both simple and revolutionary and we believe that the car parks of the future will utalise such a system as a foundation of their design. In addition to the invaluable functionality of such a solution, an undoubted advantage is an interesting, slightly futuristic design that underlines the nature of many investments. The universal construction of the platforms means that they are not only an integral part of the building, but also a completely independent, detached object.
MODULO parking systems are divided into two groups: dependent and independent. The former are solutions that are used primarily in single-family homes and in places where there is a constant order in leaving the car park, e.g. in small businesses. Independent systems do not require that before leaving the second platform, the former also be empty. An example of this is MODULO PLATFORMS or MODULO TWIN – these systems use the surface below the ground – it is at this level that one of the cars are hidden and the other can then leave its platform.
The use of parking platforms is not only convenient, but also safe. Each device is equipped with a control panel, which thanks to individual settings guarantees protection against unauthorized activation of the system. Additionally, important, the emergency switch located on the panel, allows you to stop the device in the event of a need to stop immediately.
Today, our car parks are located mainly on large housing estates or in hotels. However, there are also our individual customers which is a fast-growing market mainly due to the growing awareness of our systems but also due to the growing number of cars per household and also, because of the convenience and the desire to more efficiently use every sqm of space. Instead of building a large garage, we can use part of this space for example for the garden, barbecue or mini playground for children.
